Hey, how are you?

I’m Eliza, a psychological therapist specialising in working with children and young people who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health.

How can I help?

With over 15 years’ experience working in children’s mental health services, I offer CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) for difficulties including anxiety, depression, OCD and PTSD.

A space to come as you are

I proudly offer a warm, safe and inclusive space for children, young people and their families. What this looks like in practice is being mindful of what matters to each person, including their culture, identity, neurodiversity, faith and lived experience. I am also a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who remains aware of how experiences such as discrimination, racism, and inequality can shape how we feel about ourselves, others and the world around us.

In-person and remote options

I offer therapy sessions online or in person from my home clinic in Solihull, giving you the flexibility to choose the setting that feels right for you.

“Thank you so much for helping me during all our sessions and understanding me like not many people do. I am really grateful for everything you have done for me and helping me through everything. All your new and future patients will love having a therapist as amazing as you.”
